How to count the days of Menstrual Cycle

Each womans cycle length may be different and the time between ovulation and when the next period starts can be anywhere from one week to more than two weeks.

Example

Create sample menstrual calendar for the month of January. Lets say you had spotting on 3^rd January , but you didnot have regular bleeding until the next day.

The 1^st day of your menstrual period would be 4^th January.

The 1^st day of your period is also called Cycle Day 1.

Now, create sample menstrual calendar for the month of February.

Lets pretend your period started on the 2^nd February. In January, your period started on 4^th January and in February it started on the 2^nd February.

When your doctor asks you: When was your last period

The answer is the date of the 1^st day of your last period. Example 2^nd February. Our calculator is used the Starting Date of Last Period for calculation also.
